From 10-person board meetings to 700+ individually packed lunches, we scale the same way: everything made fresh that morning, packed individually, labeled by sandwich type. For large orders, every box is grab-and-go — no serving line, no confusion, no 20 minutes of "which one is the vegetarian?"

Why offices switch to Bertha's
Most corporate caterers treat a 48-hour lead time as normal. We think that's broken. Meetings get scheduled same-day; headcounts change the morning of. A caterer that can't move at the speed of your calendar isn't really serving you.
